Kim Asal, Co-founder | VP of Operations

Kim is an experienced senior manager with a background in both hardware and software design. In her role as a member of Arm Research’s leadership team, she was responsible for establishing and managing group operations, program management, and government contracting. Before Arm Research, Kim worked in the Architecture and Technology Group and the Processor Design Group in operations and management roles.

Prior to Arm, Kim was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments where she created and led worldwide teams doing both digital and analog design & methodology. In addition to design, Kim ran a range of advanced development programs implementing organizational change, driving innovation initiatives, and setting up and managing collaboration with vendors and key partners. Kim’s focus is defining, ramping, and operating repeatable organizations and processes that deliver predictable and drama-less results.
